Zero Discrimination Day
March 1st
A United Nations recognized day promoting equality before the law and in practice throughout all of the member countries of the UN.
Trans Day of Visibility
March 31st
A day to celebrate the trans community in a positive light, celebrating their lives and cultural achievements.
International Asexuality Day
April 6th
A coordinated worldwide campaign promoting the ace umbrella, including demisexual, grey-sexual, and other ace identities.
Lesbian Visibility Day
April 26th
Annual day to celebrate, recognize, and bring visibility to lesbians.
Agender Pride Day
May 19th
A day celebrated internationally to promote awareness of agender individuals.
Pansexual & Panromantic Awareness Day
May 24th
An annual day to promote awareness of and celebrate pansexual and panromantic identities.
LGBTQIA+ Pride Month
June
This month is celebrated as Pride in honor of the Stonewall Riots, though Pride events occur all year round. It also marks the month that same-sex marriage was legalized in the United States.
Aromantic Visibility Day
June 5th
A day to promote the visibility of people on the aromantic spectrum.
Stonewall Riots Anniversary
June 28th
A day to remember the Stonewall Riots, a reaction to the NYPD raid of the Stonewall Inn. This initial event was a galvanizing force for LGBTQIA+ political activism, and argued by some to be the birth of the gay rights movement, both in the United States and around the world. The world's first pride parade occurred on the first anniversary in 1970.
Non-Binary People's Day
July 14th
An annual day to celebrate and bring visibility to non-binary people.
Non-Binary Awareness Week
July 14th-20th
A week dedicated to those who do not fit within the traditional gender binary, i.e., those who do not exclusively identify as a man or a woman, or who may identify as both a man and a woman, or may fall outside of these categories altogether.
Bisexual Awareness Week
September 16th-22nd
A week celebrating and promoting the awareness of the bisexual community.

An annual day celebrating bisexual people.
LGBTQIA+ History Month
October
A national history month created with the intent to encourage openness and education about LGBTQIA+ history and rights.
National Coming Out Day
October 11th
A day to celebrate the act of "coming out", i.e., when an LGBTQIA+ person decides to publicly share their gender identity or sexual orientation.
Pronouns Day
October 16th
An annual event that seeks to make sharing, respecting, and educating about personal pronouns commonplace.
Genderfluid Visibility Week
October 17th-24th
A week to promote and celebrate those whose gender isn't fixed.
Ace Week
October 20th-26th
A week to promote awareness of those on the asexual spectrum.
Intersex Awareness Day
October 26th
A celebration to promote awareness of intersex individuals.
Trans Awareness Month
November
A month to celebrate transgender and gender nonconforming communities and to raise awareness for this community through education and advocacy activities.
Trans Parent Day
November 3rd
A day that celebrates life and the love between transgender parents and their children, and between parents and their transgender children.
Intersex Day of Remembrance
November 8th
A day designed to raise awareness of the issues faced by intersex people.
